Glories of India

Apes Were Our Ancestors, Or We Are Now Becoming Apes?

First, we must understand the purpose of inventing these baseless theories in the 19th and 20th centuries by Europeans. They had two mammoth tasks, first shrouding India’s glorious history and the second to erase traces of Vedic culture’s legacy.

Until about 200 years back, the world knew about the Indian rich inheritance of culture, knowledge, and technological advancement. India was the wealthiest nation, and for that reason, it had been attacked by foreigners to plunder its wealth. Europeans plundered India through trade for many centuries. Britishers were having a great time in the 18th century, and later they decided to make India their colony. Nineteenth-century was their time, and they were dominating almost half of the world. They had to establish their supremacy and, and it was essential for them to condemn and shroud everything that speaks about India’s greatness. To create a Eurocentric history, they sponsored many historians, scientists, and researchers to create many false and fake theories.

For the last 150 years, the world believes Darwin’s evolution theory is a proven fact based on fossils. In school or college books, we are given to Read the hypothesis or assume that man arose from an ape million of years. One comes across many names, such as Nebraska man, Java man, etc., and reads the explanation that scientists have discovered certain remains of a man, and these are millions of years old. The whole History is, therefore, based on the concept that apes were the ancestors of man.

A school going student has a tender mind. For him, a teacher is an official authority, and he easily believes these theories. Further, students see this in printed books with pictures with names of eminent scientists. Even after they are grown up, they are gullible enough to believe in what the scientists say. Science has achieved so many things that it is difficult to think that it can be wrong. A commoner may disbelieve a minister, a philosopher, and even a religious preacher but, in this phase of the twenty-first century, one finds it hard to disbelieve a scientist’s pronouncements. So, if a scientist says that he has found a jaw-bone or a tooth of a man that lived so many million years ago, a layman thinks it must be correct because he does not have the scientific knowledge or back-ground to question its validity. Moreover, the reports in newspapers and periodicals are so brief that he does not have sufficient material to contradict them.

Of course, some scientists and researchers spend time finding out lacunas later, but by that time, the world has moved on, and their findings are overlooked as they do not fall in line with the preset agenda.
